Shipping and returns
What delivery costs, how long it takes, how to send something back
Every parcel leaves from our home in Sion. We use courier services for the rest of India and a local courier inside Mumbai.

Packing starts after we confirm the order with you on the phone or WhatsApp. Sundays and public holidays do not count.
Paying
UPI and card: after the confirmation call we send a payment link to your phone or email. We pack once the payment shows.
Cash on delivery works for orders up to ₹5,000. Above that amount, please pay by UPI or card.
Returns and exchanges
- 7 days from the day the parcel reaches you
- The item is unwashed and the tag is still attached
- First size exchange: we pay the courier both ways
- A second exchange on the same order: ₹140
- Refund within 5 working days after the item reaches us and we check it, to the way you paid
- Cash on delivery orders are refunded to your UPI ID or bank account
- Cushion covers and bedspreads from a pack you have opened
- Anything washed or worn outside the home
Damaged or wrong item?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and add a photo. We replace it or refund it in full, and the 7-day and tag rules do not apply.
What happens next
Your order number is on the page you saw after ordering, and we repeat it on the confirmation call.
Within 48 hours you get an email with the return address and how to pack the item.
Please keep the courier receipt until the refund or the new size reaches you.
