Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

Order form: name, mobile number, email, address, city, PIN code, payment choice and the items in your cart. Question form: name, email, phone if you give it, topic and your question. Return form: order number, item, name, email, mobile number, new size and your note. We collect nothing else about you on this site.

3. Why and on what basis

We use the data only to confirm and deliver orders, answer questions and handle returns, on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box in each form. Order records are also kept because GST law requires it.

4. Where the data goes

Each form is sent by our web server as an email to shop@wiluceh.icu. The courier company that carries your parcel receives your name, address, PIN code and mobile number, and nothing about what you paid. For orders inside Mumbai this is a local courier. A payment provider handles UPI and card payments, so we never see your card number. To stop spam, the server keeps a scrambled code made from your IP address for one hour. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

5. On your device

The cart is stored in your browser and never leaves it until you send an order. Fonts from Google load only if you allow them in the cookie banner; Google then sees your IP address. Details are on the cookies page.

When a form is sent, the server also sets a session cookie for one visit, used only for a one-time security code that stops forged form posts.

6. How long we keep it

Order and return records: as long as tax law requires. Questions: 12 months, then deleted. The scrambled spam code: one hour. Emails that the server could not send are kept in a private log outside the website until we have handled them.

7. Security

We follow reasonable security practices under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules: the mailbox is protected by a password and the site runs over HTTPS.

8. Your rights

You may ask for a summary of your data, correct it, have it erased, withdraw consent, or name a person to act for you. To withdraw consent, send one line to shop@wiluceh.icu; we stop using the data from that day, except order records that tax law makes us keep. Write to our grievance officer, Anna Kurian, at shop@wiluceh.icu. We reply within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
