Cookies

1. What this page covers

This page explains which small files and browser storage wiluceh.icu uses, run by Kurian Linen Store, Sion, Mumbai. It adds to our privacy notice, written under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Needed for the shop to work

Cookie "consent". It holds your answer to the cookie banner, for example "v2|fonts:0". It lasts 180 days and contains no name, email or number that identifies you. After 180 days the banner asks you again.

Browser storage "cartLines". It keeps the items in your cart: product code with colour, size and quantity. It has no prices and no personal data. It stays in your browser until you empty the cart or clear site data, and it is sent to us only as part of an order you choose to send.

Session cookie "PHPSESSID". It is set only when a page with a form asks our server for a one-time security code. The code makes sure an order, a question or a return request really comes from a page of this site. The cookie ends when you close the browser and holds no personal data.

These are switched on for everyone, because without them the cart and the banner cannot work.

3. Only with your permission

Google Fonts. If you allow it, your browser loads the Libre Baskerville and Poppins fonts from Google's servers. Google then receives your IP address and browser details, as with any file loaded from its servers. If you reject, the site uses fonts already on your device and nothing is requested from Google.

4. What we do not use

No analytics, no advertising cookies, no social media buttons, no tracking pixels and no chat widgets. Nothing is shared with advertisers. Product photos load from the Pexels image server, which sees your IP address the same way any web server does, but sets no cookie through this site.

5. Changing your choice

Press "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page. The banner opens again and you can switch Google Fonts on or off. You can also delete the consent cookie and the cart in your browser settings; the banner then appears on your next visit. Rejecting Google Fonts changes only the look of the text. The cart, the size finder and every form keep working.
